1. Resort check-in and check-out times?

Regular check in is 5 pm - 10 pm; please call for late check-in procedures if you will be arriving after 10:00 pm. Arriving guests may make use of resort amenities prior to regular check-in time after completing registration and obtaining guest credentials.
 

Check out is by 10:00 am. Departing guests may continue to make use of resort amenities for the remainder of the day.

2. Is smoking allowed?

All rooms at Still Waters Resort are smoke free. A cleaning fee may be charged if a guest smokes in the room, or on the patio deck. Smoking is permitted on the property common areas around the condominium buildings, pools, and pavilions. 

3. Are pets allowed?

Still Waters Resort does not allow pets in the rooms or anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee may be charged if pets are brought on property. 

4. Do you require a deposit?

Whether making a reservation through the internet or on the phone, a deposit will be required at the time of your reservation. The deposit amount is equivalent to the first two nights of your stay for reservations of four or more nights (the first one night for reservations less than four nights) plus a one-time processing fee per reservation. This is charged to your credit card when you make the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

5. What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are refundable, less a $25.00 cancellation fee, provided cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made inside the 21 day period will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit unless we are able to rebook your cancelled room with another guest. 

6. What fees or other charges can I expect to be added to my reservation?

The only fee you should expect is a small one-time Processing Fee per reservation that is included in your deposit amount. Still Waters does not charge Cleaning Fees (unless for excessive conditions or for smoking in the rooms), Parking Fees, Boat Ramp Usage Fees, or Fees for use of free amenities. There is a charge for Boat and/or Jet Ski slips as well as Boat Rentals if you add these items to your reservation. 

7. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as well as cash or travelers checks for deposits and payment in full for all rooms, marina rentals, and purchases at the gift shops/marketplace. Room reservations and Marina rentals require a credit card on file even if payment is made with cash or travelers checks. Personal checks are accepted only with advance approval. 

8. Are there elevators in the buildings?

Lakefront buildings G, H, I, J, and K offer elevators. Other buildings do not. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, please contact our Guest Services staff in advance at 800-777-2320; we will be happy to assist you with arranging accommodations that fit your needs. Please note that even first floor accommodations may require stairs in some cases due to the slope of the property.

9. Is there an indoor pool?

Still Waters Resort currently offers three outdoor pools with an indoor pool and activity center under construction, that will include additional amenities for our guests. Please check with the resort to see when the indoor facilities are scheduled to open. We will also have updates on our facebook page. 

10. Are handicapped accessible rooms or "roll-in showers" available?

Yes, subject to availability. If mobility or accessibility issues are a concern for any member of your party, please contact our Guest Services staff in advance at 800- 777-2320. We will be happy to assist you with arranging accommodations that fit your needs. 

12. What supplies should I bring and what's in the unit?

Guests should provide all toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc. Don't forget your bathing suit and pool or lake towels if you plan to use the water amenities. Our custom-built Oasis hot tub is open year round.

 

You should bring ALL food or beverages you wish to have in your room as well as any seasonings, condiments, or "special" cookware if you plan to cook. Table service and basic cookware is provided as well as dish soap.

 

Trash bags and toilet tissue are provided but you should bring paper towels, facial tissue and coffee filters (standard flat bottom). If your unit has a washer/dryer or you plan to use the coin-laundry on property, you should bring laundry detergent (phosphate free, please) and fabric softener.

 

The Bayside Market on property (seasonal) stocks some basic supplies for your convenience. There is a full-service grocery store and a Wal-Mart Super Center approx. 4 miles from us in Branson West as well as a couple of other options closer to Still Waters Resort. 

13. Should I Bring My Own Towels?

Still Waters Resort provides bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels if your unit has a kitchen/kitchenette. You should bring pool or lake towels if you plan to use the water amenities. Our custom-built Oasis hot tub is open year round. 

14. Are there BBQ grills?

Bar-B-Q grills are located near each building. All South Shore Buildings and Building L have charcoal grills. Buildings D, I, J, & K have gas grills. For the safety of our guests, grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. 

15. Is maid service provided?

In order to better allow you to enjoy your privacy and to keep our fees low, Still Waters Resort does not provide daily maid service. For your convenience, there are two towel and linen exchanges located on property. 

16. Can I request a particular location or room?

Although we will do all that we can to honor location and/or room requests, Still Waters Resort cannot guarantee a specific room number or location for a reservation. Reservations are by room type, such as a 1-Bedroom Pool view or 2-Bedroom Luxury Lakefront and may be available in multiple locations on property. Specific room types can be guaranteed with regard to handicapped requirements and locations with regard to group reservations provided the group block is reserved far enough in advance of arrival. 

17. Are adjoining rooms available?

Still Waters Resort offers a variety of options with regard to adjoining units. In some instances, the adjoining units can be reserved as a specific room type; in other cases, there are two reservations and a request for adjoining locations. Please contact our Guest Services staff at 800-777-2320 for more information. 

18. Are boat or jet ski slips available?

Still Waters Resort has four docks for guest boats and personal watercraft. Slips may be added to any room reservation (with a small fee) by contacting our Guest Services staff at 1-800-777-2320. Boat slip sizes are either 10x20, 10x24, or 10x30, depending on the Dock location. Jet ski/wave runner slips are also available. As with room numbers, slip assignments can be requested based on availability but cannot be guaranteed. 

19. What do I need to rent a boat or watercraft?

You will need to be a registered guest, at least 21 years old, have a major credit card on file, and have a valid driver's license. In addition, Missouri law requires anyone born on or after 1/1/1984 to pass an Official Boater Safety Course Exam before operating a motorized watercraft. A link to the Missouri Boater Safety Course is available on the Marina page of our website. It is recommended that you obtain this certification prior to your arrival at Still Waters Resort if you plan to operate a boat or watercraft. Marina rentals are seasonal and available generally from mid-March to late October. (The Boater Safety Course is not required for kayaks, paddleboats, or Aqua Cycles.) If you have any questions, contact our Marina at 417-338-4983, ext 5850. Advance reservations are recommended during holidays and peak summer season. 

20. How far is Still Waters Resort from Branson?

Still Waters Resort is approximately 6 miles from Branson, on Table Rock lake, and approximately 2 Miles South of Silver Dollar City on Indian Point Road. Our location makes area attractions easily accessible while keeping you away from the majority of Branson traffic. For driving directions and distances, our physical address is 21 Still Water Trail, Branson MO. 

21. Do you sell tickets to Branson attractions?

Concierge services are available to our guests at no charge and in some cases,  we may be able to offer discounts to Branson shows and attractions. For information, call 417-338-4983 or call our Guest Services line toll free and ask for the Concierge Desk. Advance reservations are recommended for popular attractions such as Dixie Stampede or the Haygoods but last-minute tickets are often available on other shows. If you plan to take in a particular show or attraction, please check scheduling to ensure that it is open during your stay. Our Concierge Staff can assist with this.

22. Age requirements / rules for renting a room?

Still Waters strives to maintain a "family atmosphere" for the enjoyment of our guests. We will rent to family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 only (over 21 if married). Identification must be furnished upon request. Fraternity/Sorority or "house parties" of any kind are prohibited. 

23. What do I need at check-in?

You will need a photo ID, license plate numbers for any vehicles you will have on property, and the names of all individuals who will be staying in the unit. For guests under age 18, ages will be required as well. If someone other than the name on the reservation will be picking up keys and/or paying a portion of the remaining balance, please provide this information in advance by phoning our Guest Services staff at 800-777-2320. The reservation balance must be paid in full before any keys can be issued. 

24. Do you offer group discounts?

Yes. Group discounts may be available depending on the size of the group as well as a variety of other factors. Groups are generally considered ten or more separate units, but sometimes fewer units may qualify. At times, a seasonal discount or other special may be more advantageous than a group discount. Please contact our guest services staff at 800-777-2320 if you have any questions. 

25. Do you have weekly rates?

Yes. If you are interested in staying seven nights or longer PLEASE CALL so we can see if a special discount may apply; depending on the time of year.
