Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity, or no-shows, are non-refundable as long as the activity takes place as scheduled. In the event of inclement weather or cancellation by Still Waters Resort, guests will receive a full refund.
