FISHING REPORT FOR MAY 10, 2012.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE,
THE FOLLOWING PICTURES ARE FROM THURSDAY MORNING THE TENTH OF MAY. THEY ARE FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, ME, MY SON DOUGLAS, ONE OF HIS SONS MILES  AND THE BIG GUY IS BILL BECK OUR GUIDE. IT WAS A WONDERFUL MORNING, WE FISHED FROM 6:30 AM TIL 10:30 AM.  THE TEMPERATURE WAS SOMEWHAT COOLER. STARTING AT AROUND 45 DEGREES AND FINISHING AROUND 65 DEGREES WITH A PERFECT SLIGHT BREEZE AND LOTS OF SUN. WE CAUGHT JUST OVER 30 FISH WITH 10 BEING NICE KEEPERS SIZE OVER 15 INCHES. THE BAIT WE USED THIS MORNING WAS THE HULA TWIN TAIL GREEN PUMPKIN GRUB AND WHEN WORKED VERY SLOWLY ON THE BOTTOM  IT DID  VERY WELL. WE FISHED SUNKEN RIDGES AND FLATS 8 TO 12 FT DEEP THAT WERE PROTRUDING WAY OUT INTO THE LAKE. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET DOUG TO GO OUT FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND WAS SO GLAD TO WATCH HIM ENJOY THE TRIP. A SPECIAL NOTE  HERE IS THAT THE FISHING HAS BEEN VERY GOOD BUT NOT EVERY MORNING IS AS GOOD AS THIS WAS. ALTHOUGH THE FISH HAVE A BRAIN AS LARGE AS A GREEN PEA, ALL THE MODERN ELECTRIC HIGH TECK EQUIPMENT AND ALL THE EXPERIENCE THE GUIDES HAVE STILL CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY THE FISH WILL NOT BITE OR WHERE THEY ARE AT TIMES, MOSTLY BECAUSE THEY FOLLOW ALL THE NATURAL ELEMENTS. IT SURE WAS ESPECIALLY BEAUTIFUL OUT THERE ON TABLE ROCK LAKE AND I HOPE YOU GET THE CHANCE TO ENJOY THAT EXPERIENCE  SOME TIME SOON.
UNTIL NEXT TIME,  TONY BATTAGLIA SAYING BLESSINGS AND I'LL SEE YOU OUT ON THE WATER.
