Privacy Policy
Still Waters is firmly committed to the protection of our guests' privacy. When you make a reservation through our site, we request your name, e-mail address and mailing address. When visiting our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics, screen resolutions, browser versions, etc... so that we can better serve the needs of our users.

Age Requirements/Rules for renting a room?
Still Waters strives to maintain a "family" atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests. We will rent to family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 only (over 21 if married). Identification must be furnished upon request. Fraternity/Sorority or "house" parties of any kind are prohibited.

Room Numbers Guaranteed?
Although we will do all that we can to ensure a requested room number, Still Waters cannot guarantee a specific room number for a reservation. Specific room types can be guaranteed with regard to handicapped requirements and locations with regard to group reservations provided the group block is reserved far enough in advance of arrival.

Are Rooms adjoining at the Resort?
Yes and No. The rooms that adjoin on property are specific to particular buildings and not necessarily just a particular room type. For instance, the One bedroom lakefront condos in Buildings I & J adjoin to either Two bedroom Luxury lakefront or Three bedroom luxury lakefront condos in those buildings and only in those two buildings.
The standard motel rooms adjoin to a one bedroom luxury lakefront condo with whirlpool which, in turn become a two bedroom luxury lakefront condo. Motel rooms do NOT adjoin to other Motel rooms and the One and Two bedrooms do not adjoin to rooms of the exact same room type. The Standard Two bedroom Poolside & Lakefront condos can adjoin to each other (must be requested) and the Poolside studio adjoins to the poolside two bedroom (standard) and the lakefront studio adjoins to the lakefront two bedroom (standard). If this sounds confusing, please call our reservationists and they can help you through it.

Are deposits required for Room Reservations? >
Whether making a reservation through the internet or on the phone, a deposit will be required at the time of your reservation. The deposit will be equivelant to the first two nights of your reservation (for reservations of four or More nights in length) plus a $10 processing fee per reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are required 21 days prior to arrival date (14 days during Spring/Fall & Winter Value Seasons) if you have one unit reserved. A Cancellation fee equivelant to either 10% of your total deposit or $25, whichever is greater, will be charged.

What Supplies should I Bring?
Any Food/seasoning items, Special Cooking supplies, Pool/Lake Towels, Paper Towels, Coffee & Filters (standard), shampoo, Laundry detergent(Phosphate-free Please).. There is a Wal Mart Super Center and a grocery store approx. 4 miles from us and we do have a marketplace on property (seasonal) for last minute supplies. Check the weather forecast in the region and dress accordingly... and don't forget your bathing suit in the summertime..

Do you offer Group Discounts?
Group discounts may be available depending on the size of the group and the time of year they are coming. At times, the seasonal discount or special may be more advantageous than a group discount. As a general rule, group discounts are not available during the peak summer season.

Does the Resort have BBQ Grills?
Bar-B-Q grills are located in front of and/or behind every building. Buildings A thru H have Charcoal Grills. Buildings I, J, K & L have Gas Grilles. For the safety of our guests, grills are not permitted on Balconies or Patios.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or traveler's checks for both deposits and payment in full of all rooms, marina rentals, and purchases at the gift shops. At this time, however, we do not accept personal checks except for payment of advanced deposits on reservations... sorry for the inconvenience.

Are "Roll-In" Showers available? Yes. By request. A lower level One bedroom in "F" Building has a true "roll-in" shower and a timeshare One bedroom in the same building has the same. Building H thru L have showers separate from the master bath that have a small one inch "lip" on them.

What are the Boatslip Sizes
Boatslips are 10x24 on all docks except "A" dock which are 10x20. All slips are covered and have electricity available. Boatslips are available for additional fees and should be reserved at time of making your reservation. As with condo room numbers, slip assignments cannot be guaranteed. Jetski/waverunner slips are available for additional fees and are located on docks A, B, C, & D docks.

What do I need to rent a Boat or watercraft?
You will need to be a registered guest, at least 21 years old, have a major credit card, valid driver's license, and if born after 1/1/1984 you will need to pass the Missouri Boaters Safety Exam Rentals are Sesonal.

How far is Still Waters Resort from Branson?
Still Waters Resort is approximately 6 miles from Branson, on Table Rock lake and approximately 2 Miles South of
Silver Dollar City on Indian Point Road. For driving directions and distances, check out our area map.

Do you Sell Show Tickets?
Yes, we provide a ticket service for the majority of the shows and attractions in the Branson Area including Silver Dollar City and Dixie Stampede Tickets. You can purchase tickets by calling our reservations department or by coming to the front desk upon arrival or during your stay.

Do you have weekly or monthly rates?
During our "off" season, we do have monthy rates, please call in advance for arrangements/pricing.
