Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are required 21 days prior to arrival date (14 days during Spring/Fall & Winter Value Seasons) if you have one unit reserved. A Cancellation fee equivelant to either 10% of your total deposit or $25, whichever is greater, will be charged.

Rules & Regulations:
* No Pets Allowed
* No Sororoties, fraternities or house parties allowed.
* Minimum Age of 25 yrs. for all rentals (21 yrs. if married)
* Daily maid service is not provided. Towels exchange available daily
free of charge.
* Room Numbers may be requested but not guaranteed
* No motor homes without prior permission from management. Trailers
for boats and PWC's may be parked in "Boat Yard" parking area
only.
* Minimun Night stay requirements may be required by times of year (example: 4 Night Minimum required in July) Call for details.
